All session fees and program packages must be paid prior to participation. Registration fees are non-refundable except in documented cases of academy session cancellation or medical illness verified by official certificates.
3. Player & Parent Conduct
Respect, discipline, and sportsmanship are required from all players and parents at all training facilities. UDS Academy reserves the right to terminate enrollment in case of repeated misconduct without refund.
4. Medical Disclaimer & Liability
Parents/guardians certify that players are physically fit for intense sports activity. UDS Academy and facility partners are not liable for accidental injuries sustained during normal training, provided safety guidelines are met.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
